HER TOUCH DETAILING

Terms & Conditions & Service Agreement

Effective Date: January 1 , 2026

These Terms & Conditions and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Her Touch Detailing (“Her Touch Detailing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).

By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from Her Touch Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. SERVICES

Her Touch Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing and related vehicle-care services.

Services are performed according to the package selected at the time of booking. Package descriptions are intended to describe the general scope of service. Actual results may vary depending on the vehicle's condition, age, materials, previous maintenance, staining, wear, damage, and other circumstances.

Her Touch Detailing does not guarantee that every stain, odor, scratch, discoloration, oxidation, blemish, or other condition can be completely removed or corrected.

Additional services or work outside the selected package may require an additional charge and will be discussed with the Customer when reasonably possible before the additional work is performed.

2. VEHICLE CONDITION

The Customer understands that detailing is a cleaning and appearance-enhancement service and is not a restoration service unless specifically stated otherwise.

Results may be limited by:

  • Permanent or set-in stains

  • Dye transfer

  • Pet stains or odors

  • Smoke odors

  • Mold or mildew

  • Embedded dirt or contamination

  • Paint oxidation

  • Paint defects

  • Scratches, chips, dents, or other physical damage

  • Water spots or mineral etching

  • Faded or deteriorated materials

  • Damaged leather, vinyl, plastic, fabric, carpeting, trim, or other surfaces

  • Previous improper cleaning or chemical treatment

  • Age-related wear

  • Sun damage

  • Previous repairs or modifications

  • Other pre-existing conditions

Her Touch Detailing will use reasonable professional care when performing services but cannot guarantee a particular cosmetic result where the underlying condition prevents that result.

3. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE

The Customer is responsible for informing Her Touch Detailing of known pre-existing damage or unusual conditions before service begins.

Her Touch Detailing is not responsible for damage, deterioration, failure, discoloration, staining, peeling, cracking, separation, or other issues that existed before the service or that result from the pre-existing condition of the vehicle or its materials.

This includes, but is not limited to, loose trim, failing clear coat, deteriorated plastics, damaged leather, weakened adhesives, failing paint, cracked surfaces, aftermarket modifications, improperly repaired areas, and previously damaged components.

Her Touch Detailing may photograph the vehicle before and after service for documentation purposes.

4. CUSTOMER BELONGINGS

Customers should remove valuable, fragile, personal, or sensitive belongings from the vehicle before service.

Her Touch Detailing is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle except to the extent caused by our proven negligence or as otherwise required by applicable law.

We may move ordinary items when reasonably necessary to perform the service.

5. CUSTOMER INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

Upon completion of the service, the Customer will have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before Her Touch Detailing leaves the service location and to communicate any concerns immediately.

If the Customer identifies a legitimate issue related to the agreed-upon scope of service at the time of inspection, Her Touch Detailing will have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, when appropriate, correct the issue.

Once the Customer confirms that the service has been completed and accepts the vehicle, the service will be considered completed and accepted, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

A Customer's later change of mind, personal preference, or expectation of a result that was not reasonably achievable based on the vehicle's condition does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund.

6. REFUNDS

Her Touch Detailing does not provide automatic refunds based solely on dissatisfaction, a change of mind, or expectations that were not part of the agreed-upon scope of service.

If a Customer believes that a service was not performed according to the agreed-upon package, the Customer must contact Her Touch Detailing as soon as reasonably possible and provide details regarding the concern.

Her Touch Detailing will have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and, when appropriate, correct the issue before a refund or other remedy is considered.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Customers should provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Because appointments reserve a specific time for a mobile service provider, late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or no-shows may result in a cancellation or service fee and/or forfeiture of a required deposit.

Any applicable cancellation, deposit, or rescheduling terms presented to the Customer at the time of booking are incorporated into this Agreement.

8. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

Any required deposit, booking fee, or payment amount will be disclosed to the Customer before the booking is confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a deposit is applied toward the Customer's service.

Customers are responsible for paying the remaining balance when the service is completed.

Her Touch Detailing reserves the right to decline or reschedule service when payment arrangements are not satisfied.

9. MOBILE SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

Because Her Touch Detailing provides mobile services, the Customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the vehicle and a safe location in which the service can be performed.

Depending on the service being performed, the Customer may be required to provide:

  • Safe vehicle access

  • Adequate working space

  • Access to electricity and/or water when required by the selected service

  • A reasonably safe environment

  • Permission to access the vehicle

Her Touch Detailing may refuse or reschedule a service if the service location is unsafe, inaccessible, unsuitable, or presents a reasonable risk of damage to the vehicle, property, equipment, employees, or contractors.

10. WEATHER AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Mobile detailing services may be affected by rain, extreme temperatures, high winds, storms, unsafe weather, or other environmental conditions.

Her Touch Detailing reserves the right to reschedule an appointment when weather or environmental conditions make performing the service unsafe or impractical.

Weather-related rescheduling does not constitute a failure to provide service.

11. VEHICLE ACCESS AND KEYS

The Customer authorizes Her Touch Detailing to access the vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform the booked services.

The Customer is responsible for providing functioning keys, access codes, or other necessary access.

Her Touch Detailing will not intentionally operate a vehicle beyond what is reasonably necessary to perform the service.

12. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO

Her Touch Detailing may take photographs or video of vehicles before, during, and after detailing for service documentation, quality control, training, portfolio purposes, and marketing.

Where photographs or video could reasonably identify a Customer personally, Her Touch Detailing will use reasonable care to avoid unnecessarily publishing identifying personal information.

Customers may contact Her Touch Detailing to request that identifiable images not be used for marketing purposes.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Her Touch Detailing will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic damages arising from the provision of detailing services.

Her Touch Detailing's responsibility for a claim arising directly from the services will be limited to the remedies available under applicable law and the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. CLAIMS AND SERVICE CONCERNS

Customers should report any service-related concern to Her Touch Detailing promptly after the service.

The Customer agrees to provide Her Touch Detailing with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and investigate the concern before seeking other remedies, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Customers should provide photographs, descriptions, receipts, or other reasonably requested information when necessary to investigate a claim.

15. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS

Her Touch Detailing may use professional detailing chemicals, equipment, coatings, cleaners, protectants, and other products.

Products will be selected based on the service being performed and the condition of the vehicle when reasonably determinable.

Her Touch Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing defects or material failures that become apparent during normal professional cleaning when those defects were not reasonably detectable beforehand.

16. CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS

By booking service, the Customer represents that:

  1. They have authority to request services for the vehicle;

  2. They have disclosed known conditions that could materially affect the service;

  3. They have removed valuable or sensitive personal belongings from the vehicle;

  4. They have provided accurate contact and booking information; and

  5. They have reviewed the selected service and understand its general scope.

17. CHANGES TO SERVICES

Her Touch Detailing may recommend additional services when the vehicle's condition requires work beyond the originally selected package.

Additional work will generally require Customer approval before being performed when reasonably practicable.

Her Touch Detailing reserves the right to decline work that could reasonably cause damage to the vehicle or that is outside the company's normal scope of services.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before pursuing a formal dispute, the Customer agrees to first contact Her Touch Detailing and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the concern.

Nothing in this section prevents a Customer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except to the extent that applicable federal or state law requires otherwise.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions, together with the service description, booking information, pricing, and any written agreement between Her Touch Detailing and the Customer, constitute the agreement governing the applicable service.

22. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking a service with Her Touch Detailing, the Customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
